She also knows what to look out for during the home inspection process, an intimidating procedure for a first-time home buyer, and will talk you through that as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home and friend in the real estate market.

Lynn has an extensive network of quality service providers, so if you need a recommendation, do not hesitate to ask her for one. We toured nine houses with Lynn, ranging in age from modern to antebellum, and with a large variance in size and price. As we toured homes, she was quick to point out the type of fix and/or maintenance, if any, would be required. Lynn was prompt, both in responding to our many texts and emails and in arriving to appointments. It was very easy to establish reciprocal trust with Lynn, and we were pleased with Lynn's commitment through, and beyond, our closing date.

Lynn was great, and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone! We worked with her for a little over a year - she sold our land, our house, and we bought our new house with her. She was always available to either show our property, go see a house with us, answer a question, etc. She worked very hard during the negotiating and closing process, often doing the work the other agent should have been doing. I really liked how Lynn would personally show our properties to potential buyers... not many agents do that. She would also call us after the showing to let us know it was over, and give us feedback - another thing not all agents do. When going to look at houses to buy, she was very good at pointing out issues that might be over looked and knew a lot about house structures, systems (heating/cooling, radon, etc) and whatnot - my handy husband was impressed. If you're looking for someone that is hard working, available, honest, and an over all good person, give Lynn a call!
